Sometimes, no matter how much you try, it can feel like it’s just not worth getting up in the morning. Giving up seems like the easiest option. But if you’re able to find some motivation, you’ll be surprised by what you can accomplish. Here are some tips on how to stay motivated when things seem bleak:

When I was feeling discouraged or needed some inspiration, I would take out my notebook and read over the list. It would usually give me the motivation to keep going for awhile.
